Complan for fame

Chocolate hero Shahid Kapoor has not been too fortunate with his heroines. If we scrutinize a bit, we find that Shahid has worked with just four heroines so far – Amrita Rao, Ayesh Takia, Kareena Kapoor and Rimi Sen!

Shahid Ayesha - Complan Ad

Now we all know that in real life, Shahid has been paired with Kareena, but in reel life Shahid looks best with either Amrita Rao or Ayesha Takia. Amrita leads the pack with four movies – “Ishq Vishk”, “Vaah Life Ho Toh Aisi”, “Shikhar” and “Vivah” – with Shahid.

But the other cute lady, Ayesha has worked with Shahid in only two movies – “Dil Mange More” and the most recent “Fool n Final”. What many of us do not know is that Ayesha and Shahid had worked with each other even in childhood.

Yes, if you happen to recall the old Complan advertisement where a boy and a girl play the lead, then you will be surprised to know that this brother-sister duo is none other than Shahid and Ayesha! It is the same advertisement where a boy holds out a mug of Complan health drink saying, “I’m a Complan boy” and the sister nudges at him and says, “I’m a Complan girl”.What a coincidence?

  1. Really? never knew that! He still has his chocolate Complan looks 😛

Kareena always looked like his mom. Since they’ve broken off now…I wonder who’ll get to be his next heroine.

He might have his complan looks but he’s a very mature actor.Imtiaz ali was all bowled over him .And i respect his judgement. So that changed my impression about Shahid.

  3. I don’t know anything about Imtiaz Ali; but I did watch Jab We Met and found it to be quite intolerable.
